New this month:
Bamboo Hemp - Bright, fresh and green, this earthy-herbal scent is a blend of bamboo, vetiver and patchouli balanced with hemp and oakmoss.
Black Amethyst (Bath & Body Works type) - This alluring scent is a blend of aquatic top notes, bergamot, camellias and lime, and sandalwood and vetiver base notes.
Butt Naked - A customer requested this scent, and because there are so many different fragrances with this name I started my search for a really good one. Wait til you smell what I found! This is a knockout blend of tart granny smith apples, honeydew melon and strawberries with a touch of pears and spice. Fruity, flirty and fun, the more I smell it, the more I like it.
Egyptian Dragon - This exotic fragrance is a blend of myrrh, dragon's blood and patchouli, combined with rose and jasmine on a base of woods and musk. This is similar to my popular Dragon Quest scent, but it's fresher & less sweet.
Mangosteen - What a juicy and unique fragrance! Think peaches and citrus with subtle hints of light flowers. This is a blend of mandarin, yuzu, and lemon with mangosteen, guava, green melon, red currant, vanilla musk and a hint of coconut palm. This reminds me a bit of of my limited edition "Bloomin' Peaches" scent.
Midnight Pomegranate (Bath & Body Works type) - I love this. Unlike many other sweet pomegranate scents (which I really like a lot), this has something sexy and mysterious about it. This is a blend of juicy pomegranate, bergamot, iris and jasmine; boldly balanced with cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, all on a base of precious woods and cedar.

Sandalwood Lemon - a ForYourNose original scent - This is my own blend of earthy sandalwood and fresh lemon. It's bright, clean and exotic -- and terrific for men or women.

Vanilla Lilac - a ForYourNose original scent - This is my own blend of fresh lilacs and sweet vanilla. Together they're powdery and very feminine.

New last month:
Cucumber Cantaloupe - This is a fun new twist on cucumbers and melons. Very fresh and summery, the cantaloupe adds a slightly more pronounced aroma to the blend than you usually get from a straight honeydew & cucumber scent.

Daisy (Marc Jacobs type) - Summer! Even those who don't usually dig florals will want to give this one a try. The top notes are jasmine and tangy lemon, the middle notes are daylily, rose petals and african violet, and the base is cedar, patchouli and musk (none of which overpower the blend, for those of you who aren't into patchouli or woodsy scents). Try wearing this when you want to feel extra pretty and soft.

Fresh Outdoors - This multifaceted scent really brings to mind the feeling of being outdoors on a beautiful day. Fresh ozone and citrus lead to a floral blend of jasmine and lily, then it's all balanced with a little cedar and pine and a hint of warm spice and clear musk.
Iced Lemon Biscotti - A customer suggested this scent, and I was delighted to be able to find it for her. This is a terrific lemon bakery scent that's heavier on the butter notes than my Lemon Cream Cheese Cupcake fragrance. You can really smell the biscotti in this one.
Raspberry Truffles- This is a sweet & fruity candy blend all the way! It doesn't smell like fresh raspberries, nor does it smell strongly of chocolate. But while it's definitely a candy scent, it somehow manages to be sort of fresh & not cloying. It's a fun & flirty fusion of cheeky sweetness!
Sweet Orange Chili Pepper - If you like fresh & clean citrus scents, this is sure to be one of your new favorites. It's a knockout blend of fresh-squeezed orange juice with a little kick of chili pepper that adds a lightly herbal quality to it. It's rounded out with some bergamot, tangerine zest and a little bit of musk.

Looking for Inspiration?

So many fragrances! I now offer more than 300 fragrances to choose from in my growing line of handcrafted bath & body products. So how do you choose which ones you want to try?

Here are a few of my favorites this month:

Imagine...Love (type) :I sell the heck out of this duplication of a discontinued Bath & Body Works perfume scent, and I finally decided to make myself a Roll-On Perfume with this scent. It's fantastic.

Midnight Pomegranate (type): I've been using Smelling Salts made with this new scent a lot lately. I think it smells sexy, and the scent fills the house and really lasts. This is another Bath & Body Works duplication.
