Q: Do you offer free
samples?
A: We do
not offer free samples. Here are a couple of
links to sample sizes of some of our products, which are available
for purchase:
Q: Do you sell fragrance oils?
A: No, we do not sell bulk/wholesale
fragrance oils.
Q:
How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We strive to ship all orders
as quickly as possible, but please remember that we are still a
very small company. Due to the nature of most of our products (imports,
fresh & handcrafted items, etc.) it may take several weeks (or
more) for some orders to be processed. This is especially true during
busy holiday seasons. Also, PLEASE understand -- when we have to
spend time answering "when will I receive my order?" or
"what is the status of my order?" emails, this takes time
away from order processing, and therefore causes additional delays!

& understanding. Please

Q: Help!
I need my order by a certain date!
A: Rush Orders - Although we always
strive to process your order as quickly as possible, there may be
times that you need us to process your order extra fast. In this
case, we may contact you to make special arrangements, and we will
let you know if there will be an additional fee for processing your
order as a "rush order". Please understand that we are
not always able to guarantee a specific "rush order" turnaround,
especially during peak seasons.
Q Is my personal and credit card
information safe when I use your online shopping cart?
A: Absolutely. We take online security
very seriously. In fact, our shopping cart provider uses 128 bit
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data protection, which they tell us is
the highest allowed by federal law. Our website & email host
always provides excellent security and we fully trust them with
our business (they're also dear friends, so we know they're looking
out for our best interests). Even after we receive your personal
information, it's absolutely secure because we protect our own system
with a firewall. Furthermore, because we don't have any employees,
Todd & I are the only ones who would ever see your credit card
and personal information (which aren't kept on the computer, by
the way -- they're printed & stored securely in our home office).
Did I mention that we take the security of your personal information
very seriously?
Q: Do you have a
retail storefront?
A:
No, we do not have a retail store. All our sales are conducted
online.
Q: Is this the Wild
Berry company?
A: We're asked this question all
the time. No, we're not the Wild Berry Incense Company. We are a
distributor, and we're also big fans. We don't manufacture Wild
Berry incense.
Q: Can you give me
the Wild Berry Company's phone number or web address?
A: It's against our company
policy to give out information about our suppliers.
Q: Do you have a
catalog?
A: Because we're adding so many
new products & fragrances to our line, we do not offer a printed
catalog. It's also much more cost effective for us to keep our web
site updated rather than offering a catalog. Keeping our costs down
means better pricing for our customers.
Q: How do I place
an order? How long will it take to receive my order? Which forms
of payment do you accept?

Q: I see two transactions
on my debit card account - was I charged twice?
This issue can cause some
confusion sometimes. Here's how we process credit card orders: The
first transaction you may see is when you place your order -- our
system authorizes the funds, which just means it makes sure there's
enough money available in your account to cover the purchase,
and it holds it for us. The second transaction is when we actually
finalize the purchase (right before shipping), which is when the
funds are actually taken from your account. That's the difference
-- first we authorize, THEN we finalize. The funds are only coming
out of your account once.
Q: I can't figure
out how to order online. Can I just send you an email with my order
and credit card information?
A: Please, for your own safety,
DO NOT DO THIS! It is ABSOLUTELY NOT SAFE to send
credit card information by email. Email is NOT a secure way of sending
sensitive information, especially financial information. If you
are unable to use our online ordering system, we recommend that
you mail your order to us.
Q: How can I contact
you?
A: The best, fastest and
preferred way to contact us is by email: webmaster@foryournose.com.
We always do our best to answer emails promptly. We do not give
out our phone number because this is a home-based business, and
the safety & privacy of our family is very important. You're
also welcome to send us snail mail (although this is the slowest
way to contact us, or to submit your order). Please email us to
get our mailing address.
Q: Why is the packaging
different from a previous order?
A: Although we try to keep our
packaging consistent, we sometimes need to look for the most cost-effective
packaging in order to keep our prices reasonable. We always
strive to provide you with top quality handcrafted products and
attractive, upscale packaging that will appeal to our customers.
Q: What if I don't
like what I bought? / What's your return policy?
A: Believe it or not, this is
not a common question. Our customer satisfaction rate is very high.
Because this doesn't really qualify as a "Frequently Asked
Question", we've put our return
policy on a separate page.
Q: Why is [fragrance]
discontinued?
A: Sometimes our perfumers discontinue
certain fragrances and we have no choice (unless we can find another
perfumer that makes it). Also, if a particular fragrance isn't selling
well for us, we will sometimes discontinue it to make room for new
fragrances. If you are looking for a fragrance that we have discontinued,
we may be able to get it for you as a special order. Please contact
us for details.
Q: Can I get my (product)
unscented?
Yes, we offer unscented as an option. Just select "unscented"
from the drop-down fragrance list.
Q: Are your products
tested on animals?
No, we NEVER test our product on animals.
Q: I see other companies
selling products made with "natural" preservatives. Do
you use them?
You're right, some companies do use them. But my research indicates
they're not always reliable or effective, and I prefer to be sure
I'm selling as safe a product as possible. I hope to eventually
find a
reliable natural preservative that will work consistently in emulsion
formulas. In the meantime, that's one of the reasons I'm working
to add more products to our web site that don't require a preservative.
(For example: After-Bath
Body Oil Sprays and Solid
Lotion Sticks)
Q:Is there a minimum
purchase required for wholesale orders?
A: Wholesale pricing is only available
to qualified retailers. The minimum opening wholesale order is $100,
and the minimum re-order is $50. Please contact
us for more information.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Due to problems with the reliability
of international shipping, we can no longer ship worldwide. We will
still ship to Canada at this time.
Q: How much will
my shipping cost?
A: Your cost for shipping will
depend on several factors, including the total weight of your order
and the shipping method you choose. If you would like to calculate
your shipping costs BEFORE you finalize your order, simply add the
items you want to your shopping cart, then click the "Checkout"
button. On the top of the next page, there's a link that reads,
"See Rates". This will tell you what your approximate
shipping cost will be, based on the shipping method you choose (USPS
or UPS).
NOTE: Your shipping
cost may be HIGHER than indicated if your order is very heavy, requires
more than one shipping box, or if we feel it's necessary to insure
the shipment. It may also be LOWER than what is calculated by our
cart.

Q: I don't want to
use my credit card to pay online. How can I calculate my shipping
costs for ordering by mail?
A: If you do not want to use your credit card to order
online, please use our shopping cart to calculate your total with
shipping, then select the "print to order by fax or mail"
option at the bottom of the page.
Q: How do I use incense
sticks?
A: This is a very common question.
To use a stick of incense, light the end and wait for it to start
glowing. Then blow it out; it will continue to smolder until it
burns itself out. Be sure to use a proper incense holder/burner,
because the glowing incense tip is very hot. Never leave burning
incense unattended.
Q:
Why won't my incense stay lit?
A: First, be sure that the end
of the incense stick is glowing orange before blowing out the flame.
This usually does the trick. But as frustrating as it is,
sometimes even the best incense refuses to stay lit. Although
this is uncommon, it does happen on occasion, and is not an indication
of "bad" incense. We have found that even some of
our freshest incense will not stay lit. It may be that the
oil used to make the incense hasn't had quite enough time to dry. Try
leaving the stick out of the package for a few hours and see if
a bit of drying takes care of the problem. Otherwise, we can
only recommend that you keep trying to light it.
Q:
How can I tell what fragrances are in my WildBerry Sampler?
A: We make it easy! WildBerry
incense sticks and sampler package labels are color-coded by fragrance
for easy scent identification. If you're still not sure which scent

Q: I was wondering
if you had any idea about how long the fixative
agent in WildBerry incense will actually preserve the fragrance?
I ordered a sampler and couldn't believe how strong the scent was
before I even burned it.
A:
Yep, it really stays fresh like that for a very long time.
We're not really sure how long it will retain its freshness, but
we do know that we've never had any get stale. We've even
had some miscellaneous WildBerry sticks in our "personal stash"
for well over a year to give them the test of time, and although
the unburned stick didn't have quite the same strong fragrance,
they still smelled great when we burned them.
