First, I'd like to
extend my most sincere gratitude to ALL our customers. Because
of YOU I am able to work at home, which allows me the invaluable
opportunity to be here with my son. He needs me more than ever.
I can't begin to tell you how much this means to me. YOUR BUSINESS
IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND MY FAMILY!
I do not send out
order status updates. You will receive a shipping notification
when your order is ready to ship, and your credit card will be
charged at that time.
And now, the answer
to the big question: Why
will my order take so long to ship?
- With a special-needs
toddler in the house, I continue to need your patience.
Although we're spending a lot of time working with Rhys and
taking him to specialists, I'm still working on orders every
day. I will ship your order as quickly as possible, and
you will receive a shipping notice from UPS or USPS when your
order is ready to ship. The emailed order receipt you receive
when you place your order is confirmation that your order has
been received. If you are unsure about whether or not we got
your order (if you got an error message when you submitted it,
or if you didn't get an email receipt), please feel free to
email me -- I can check to make sure we have it.
- Many of my products are made
FRESH for you - this takes TIME. I take great pride in the
fact that I make most of your products fresh & they haven't
been sitting on a shelf getting stale and old. Also, by making
your products FRESH, I'm able to offer a much larger selection
of fragrances because I don't need to have a huge inventory
of pre-made products.

Certain
products take extra time to make, including but not
limited to Scent Sacks, Lotion Sticks, Glycerin Soaps
& Foaming Bath Butter. Be sure to read our product
descriptions, because these items will add to the shipping
time of your order. Look for the clock to see which products
typically take longer to make.
Orders that include
samples - especially
for a lot of samples - may require additional time to
process because I blend each sample by hand when you
order it. I'm happy to do it because I want to give
you an affordable way to try our many fragrances, but
I want you to understand why these orders take a bit
longer to ship.

- I am ONE PERSON running this
business from my home. I am not a big corporation with a
huge warehouse and lots of employees. When I say "handcrafted
bath & body products", I really mean it.
- Sheer order volume - I have
a lot of customers, and a lot of orders to process. If I
didn't, I probably wouldn't be able to stay in business. I really
do appreciate each and every one of you!
- The estimated shipping times
are just that -- ESTIMATES. *It
may take longer than 2-4 weeks to process your order. This especially
applies to custom and wholesale orders. On the other hand, I
may be able to ship it more quickly. Either way, I assure you
I'm really, honestly, seriously and truly doing my very best
to ship your order as fast as I can.

order. Current retail order
processing time is approximately 2-4 weeks from the date you place your
order, in addition to shipping time.
Wholesale, custom and large orders will require additional time.
