"true" aromatherapy is based on various properties of natural
essential oils and the following list includes synthetic scents (there
is no such thing as blueberry essential oil, for example), we think

and relieve pain in childbirth. It
is also thought that Jasmine helps
women with postnatal depression.
The Jasmine shrub is found in Egypt,
Morocco, Peru, Kashmir, China, and
the Mediterranean. This sturdy climbing
plant is known for its very fragrant
star shaped white flowers. This scent
is excellent for calming nerves, stress
relief, and can restore confidence
and optimism. Jasmine can also be used
as an aphrodisiac.

Patchouli has been used medicinally
in Asia and Japan for nausea, headaches,
colds, vomiting, and halitosis.
The furry Patchouli bush produces a
powerful musky, spicy, oriental scent.
The Patchouli bush can be found in
Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, China,
and India. This plant can have a diminishing
effect on appetite, and can be used
as an antidepressant. It can also be
used as a sedative in small amounts,
and in larger amounts as a stimulant.

Sandalwood
- A delicious all purpose scent
